| Περιγραφή: | Introduction. Modern conditions create the rules of the game for all participants of the innovation environment. The basis of competitiveness today is information and communication technologies, which are the basis of the digital economy. Data and methods. However, there are barriers that prevent the formation of an environment conducive to innovation. One of them is the low level of integration of the subjects of the innovation environment, which includes: educational organizations organizations engaged in scientific or scientific and technical activities small innovative and industrial enterprises business incubators and technology parks the state. The networking of the innovation space has many advantages, so it is necessary to use the ecosystem of the digital economy to establish stable connections, build a network. Obtained result. One of the ways to solve this problem will be to create an Internet platform for the implementation of long-term knowledge-intensive projects in which the subjects of the innovation environment will be able to participate in direct, without intermediaries communication. Also considered is the modern University as a projection of the formation and development of the innovation environment, and the prospects for the integration of digital resources for its development. Conclusion. The formation of a full-fledged innovation environment will give additional growth to the countrys economy, contribute to the growth of well-being of citizens. To intensify the processes in the innovation environment, it is necessary to strengthen inter-subject cooperation, intensify the involvement of organizations engaged in educational and research activities. Введение. 1Современные условия создают правила игры для всех участников инновационной среды. Основу конкурентоспособности сегодня составляют информационно-коммуникационные технологии, являющиеся основой цифровой экономики. Данные и методы. Существуют барьеры, которые мешают формированию среды, благоприятной для инноваций, одним из них является низкий уровень интеграции субъектов инновационной среды, включающей в себя: образовательные организации организации, осуществляющие научную, либо научно-техническую деятельность малые инновационные и промышленные предприятия бизнес-инкубаторы и технопарки государство. Сетизация инновационного пространства имеет множество преимуществ, поэтому необходимо, используя экосистему цифровой экономики, установить устойчивые связи, построить сеть. Полученные результаты. Одним из способов решения данной задачи будет создание интернет-площадки для реализации долгосрочных наукоёмких проектов, в которых субъекты инновационной среды смогут принимать участие в прямом, без посредников общении. Также рассмотрен современный университет, как проекция формирования и развития инновационной среды, и перспективы интеграции цифровых ресурсов для ее развития. Заключение. Формирование полноценной инновационной среды придаст дополнительный рост экономике страны, поспособствует росту благополучия граждан. Для интенсификации процессов в инновационной среде необходимо усилить межсубъектное сотрудничество, интенсифицировать привлечение организаций, осуществляющих образовательную и исследовательскую деятельность. №4 (2020) |
