| Description: | The subject is the methodology of research into the effectiveness of the activity of subdivisions of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The authors analyzed the system of quantitative indicators used by the State Automobile Inspection in the established reports. The article proposes criteria for the effectiveness of administrative-jurisdictional activity of the State Automobile Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The developed criteria are derived from the requirements of the legislation, as well as from the assessment of independent experts in this field. The apparatus used in the work allows to increase the reliability of the evaluation results and to show the relationship between the proposed criteria of the activity of the State Automobile Inspection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the final result. Предметом является методика исследования эффективности деятельности подразделений Госавтоинспекции МВД России. Авторами проведен анализ используемых Госавтоинспекцией в установленных отчетах системы количественных показателей. В статье предлагаются критерии эффективности административно-юрисдикционной деятельности Госавтоинспекции МВД России. Разработанные критерии вытекают из требований законодательства, а также из оценки независимых экспертов в этой области. Используемый в работе аппарат позволяет повысить достоверность результатов оценки и показать взаимосвязь между предложенными критериями деятельности Госавтоинспекции МВД России и конечным результатом. |
