Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются основные направления этнической борьбы между хазарами и арабами в Кавказском регионе в VII–X веках. Анализируется сопротивление Хазарского каганата экспансии арабов-мусульман, а вместе с ним и этапы дипломатических, торговых и культурных связей. На основе источников определяется политическая картина того времени и закономерности взаимодействия двух народов. Abstract. The article analyzes the main directions of the ethno-political struggle between the Khazars and Arabs in the Caucasus region between the 7th and 10th centuries. It examines the Khazar Khaganate's resistance to the Arab-Muslim expansion and the stages of diplomatic, trade, and cultural relations. Based on historical sources, the political landscape of the period and examples of mutual influence are identified. |
