Строительство – это отрасль, в которой стратегическое планирование играет важную роль. Это связано с тем, что в строительстве много переменных, таких как изменение в законодательстве, колебания в экономике, сезонность и другие факторы, которые могут повлиять на успех проекта. В данной статье мы рассмотрим элементы стратегического планирования в строительстве и SWOT-анализ как один из его элементов, который позволяет выявлять сильные и слабые стороны строительной компании, а также возможности и угрозы, с которыми она сталкивается внутри и снаружи. Данный анализ помогает разработать стратегический план действий, который позволит укрепить конкурентное преимущество компании и достичь поставленных целей ее развития. Construction is an industry in which strategic planning plays an important role. This is due to the fact that there are many variables in construction, such as changes in legislation, fluctuations in the economy, seasonality and other factors that can affect the success of the project. In this article, we will consider the elements of strategic planning in construction and SWOT analysis as one of its elements, which allows us to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a construction company, as well as the opportunities and threats it faces internally and externally. This analysis helps to develop a strategic action plan that will strengthen the company's competitive advantage and achieve its development goals. |
