Изучение влияние знаний и инноваций на благосостояние страны являются актуальной темой. Актуальность исследований обусловлена тем, что исследований, посвященных влиянию инноваций на экономические показатели регионов и стран, меньше, чем исследований, посвященных показателям деятельности фирм. В рамках работы анализируется связь глобального индекса инноваций и числа действующих патентов в стране и рассматривается их потенциальная связь с Внутренним Валовым Продуктом, который является одним из важных индикаторов развития страны. В работе рассмотрено влияние затрат на НИОКР на количество возникающих патентов. Ведущим подходом к исследованию данной проблемы является метод сравнения и группировки. В статье выявлено, что действующие патенты по мнению авторов с учетом возможности анализа их структуры являются надежным показателем развития инноваций в стране и могут использоваться для анализа показателей развития и обеспечивать достоверный прогноз. С другой стороны, Глобальный индекс инноваций содержит параметры, которые имеют субъективный характер и поэтому анализ по характеристикам создаваемой интеллектуальной собственности в стране в ряде исследований могут быть более репрезентативными. The study of the impact of knowledge and innovation on the welfare of the country is a hot topic. The relevance of research is due to the fact that there are fewer studies on the impact of innovations on the economic performance of regions and countries than studies on the performance of firms. As part of the work, therelationship between the global innovation index and the number of valid patents in the country is analyzed andtheir potential relationship with the Gross Domestic Product, which is one of the important indicators of the country's development, is considered. The paper considers the impact of R&D costs on the number of emerging patents. The leading approach to the study of this problem is the method of comparison and grouping. The articlerevealed that the current patents, according to the authors, taking into account the possibility of analyzing theirstructure, are a reliable indicator of the development of innovations in the country and can be used to analyzedevelopment indicators and provide a reliable forecast. On the other hand, the Global Innovation Index contains parameters that are subjective in nature and therefore the analysis of the characteristics of the created intellectualproperty in the country in a number of studies may be more representative. |
