| Description: | The article analyzes the ontological category of «understanding» in the context of understanding the universal hermeneutic environment, the format of which includes the area of interaction between the legal language and the questions of «being» in the world surrounding a person. Focusing on identifying the position of the German thinker H.-G. Gadamer in relation to the issue of understanding as a way of being, the author reveals the significance of the philosophical conclusions of the noted scientist in relation to the topic of understanding the meaning of a legal text, which is undoubtedly relevant for the theory of law. В статье проводится анализ онтологической категории «понимание» в контексте осмысления универсальной герменевтической среды, формат которой заключает в себе область взаимодействия юридического языка и вопросы «бытия» в окружающем человека мире. Акцентируя свое внимание на выявлении позиции немецкого мыслителя Х.-Г. Гадамера применительно к вопросу понимания как способа бытия, автор выявляет значение философских выводов отмеченного ученого применительно к теме понимания смысла юридического текста, что несомненно актуально для теории права. |
