Транспорт обладает значительной спецификой по сравнению с другими сферами материального производства. Совершенно очевидно, что безопасность пассажирских перевозок, их комфортность, скорость являются основополагающими критериями для развития экономических отношений страны, также существует тесная взаимосвязь между возникновением транспортных средств и правовым институтом пассажирских перевозок. В статье отражается история появления автомобилестроения и развития пассажирских перевозок автомобильным транспортом в России определена периодизация развития автомобильного транспорта в целом, пассажирских перевозок в частности. The history of the origin of passenger transportation by road originates only from the XIX century, namely from the moment of the invention of the steam engine, the internal combustion engine and the car itself. Transport has significant specifics in comparison with other spheres of material production. It is quite obvious that the safety of passenger transportation, their comfort, speed are fundamental criteria for the development of economic relations of the country, there is also a close relationship between the emergence of vehicles and the legal institution of passenger transportation. The article reflects the history of the emergence of the automotive industry and the development of passenger transportation by road in Russia, the periodization of the development of road transport in general, passenger transportation in particular. |
