| Περιγραφή: | Modern practice of managing the real sector of the economy shows the awareness of business in increasing responsibility for the well-being of society in social and environmental aspects, including with regard to the future generation. The concept of sustainable development is based on balanced management of economic, social and environmental aspects. Since Russian legislation is still in the process of developing the sustainable development agenda, including at the legislative level, the business community is offered a certain freedom of expression in this area. In the article are analyzed the solutions for involving the competencies of boards of directors in the ESG-transformation of Russian business, including the institute of independent directors, and presented relevant conclusions on possible legislative changes and practices. Анализируются решения по привлечению компетенций советов директоров в ESG-трансформации российског бизнеса, в том числе института независимых директоров.
