В настоящей статье дается анализ правового регулирования взаимоотношений Президента РФ с органами судебной власти, с органами прокурорского надзора за соблюдением Конституции РФ и исполнением законов, с иными органами государственной власти с особым статусом (Следственным комитетом РФ, Счетной палатой РФ, Центральным банком РФ, Центральной избирательной комиссией РФ, Уполномоченным РФ по правам человека), включая вопросы их формирования и функционирования. The article is a continuation of a series of materials devoted to the regulation of legal relations between the President of the Russian Federation and government authorities. The article provides an analysis of the legal regulation of the relations of the President of the Russian Federation with the judiciary, with the prosecutor's oversight of the observance of the Constitution of the Russian Federation and the implementation of the laws, with other state authorities with special status (Investigative Committee, Accounts Chamber, Central Bank, Central Electoral Commission, Ombudsman), including issues of their formation and functioning. |
