В статье анализируется мировая демографическая динамика как одна из ключевых политических проблем, нуждающихся в изучении. Через сравнение естественного движения населения в странах Севера и Юга рассматривается современная трансформация мировой демографической структуры. Анализируется влияние мировых демографических изменений на политические процессы в современной России. Автор приходит к выводу, что человеческий капитал становится основным ресурсом в мировой политической системе. The article analyzes the global demographic dynamics as one of the key political problems that need to be studied. By comparing the natural population movement in the countries of the North and the South, the modern transformation of the world demographic structure is examined. The influence of world demographic changes on political processes in modern Russia is analyzed. The author concludes that human capital is becoming the main resource in the global political system |
