| Περιγραφή: | В статье рассматриваются сложившиеся тенденции развития нефтяной отрасли Республики Башкортостан через систематизацию количественных значений финансовых и экономических индикаторов, отражающих её функционирование в 2015–2019 годах. Авторы сравнивают глубину переработки нефти в зарубежных странах, отличающихся высоким технологическим развитием нефтегазового комплекса, с ее уровнем в Республике Башкортостан, а также анализируют текущую ситуацию в региональной экономике с точки зрения масштаба укоренения нефтяной отрасли в структуре добывающих и обрабатывающих производств. На основании проведенного исследования обозначены некоторые возможные направления дальнейшего развития отраслей добычи и переработки нефти, касающиеся как технологического совершенствования производственных процессов, так и организационно-экономических отношений между хозяйствующими субъектами и органами государственной власти, а также предложен механизм их реализации. The article examines the current trends in the development of the oil industry of Bashkortostan Republic through the systematization of quantitative values of financial and economic indicators that reflect its functioning in 2015-2019. The authors compare the depth of oil refining in foreign countries characterized by a high level of development of the oil and gas complex with its level in Bashkortostan Republic, and also analyze the current situation in the regional economy in terms of the scale of the oil industry's rooting in the structure of mining and processing industries. Based on the conducted research, some possible directions of further development of the oil production and refining industries are identified, concerning both technological improvement of production processes and organizational and economic relations between economic entities and state authorities, and a mechanism for their implementation is proposed. |
