Проаналиизированы тенденции ввоода жилья в течение последниих двадцати лет. Исследдован уровеннь роста ценн за квадраттный метр жжилья в разреезе федеральных округов, а ттакже уровеннь заработныых плат гражждан. Сделанн вывод о сллабом потенцциале покупателььского спросса на квартииры, непропоорциональноссти роста зааработных пплат и цен нна жилье. Взаимосввязанный харрактер рассмматриваемыхх показательь подтверждден корреляциионным аналлизом. The aarticle deals wwith the proble em of the disc repancy between the cost of housing coonstruction objects and the real inncome of the ppopulation. Thhe trends of hhousing commmissioning oveer the past tweenty yearsare analyyzed. The leveel of price gro wth per squarre meter of hoousing in the ccontext of feddas well as eeral districts, the level of wages of ccitizens, is studied. The connclusion is maade about the weak potentiaal of consumeer demand for apartmments, the dissproportionalitty of the growwth of wages aand housing pprices. The innterrelated natture of the indicatorss under considderation is connfirmed by thee correlation annalysis. |
