| Description: | Статья посвящена проблемным вопросам развития молочного скотоводства в Приморском крае в контексте обеспечения продовольственной безопасности страны. Рассчитаны показатели продовольственной независимости по молоку и молочным продуктам в разрезе субъектов Федерации в составе ДФО; проанализирован баланс производства молока и молокопродуктов в Приморском крае. В статье освещены дискуссионные аспекты методической оценки продовольственной независимости региона и отражена необходимость её совершенствования. Сделан аргументированный вывод о том, что применяемая в настоящее время методика оценки эффективности региональной агропродовольственной политики требует переработки и усовершенствования. The article is devoted to the problematic issues of dairy cattle breeding development in Primorsky Krai in the context of ensuring the country's food security. It calculates the indicators of food independence for milk and dairy products in the context of the Federation subjects within the Far Eastern Federal District; it analyzes the balance of milk and dairy products production in Primorsky Krai. The article highlights the debatable aspects of the methodological assessment of the region's food independence and reflects the need for its improvement. The argumentative conclusion is made that the currently used methodology for assessing the effectiveness of regional agro-food policy requires revision and improvement. |
