Исследование посвящено нахождению и систематизации сфер взаимопроникновения и точек расхождения в концепциях интеллектуальной и цифровой экономики на современном этапе развития. Обосновано, что цифровая экономика – самостоятельный сектор глобальной или национальной экономики, создающий на основе цифровых технологий, продуктов и услуг новые экономические блага для населения и дополнительный экономический результат для бизнеса. А интеллектуальная экономика – область человеческой деятельности, в рамках которой создаются «знаниеёмкие» экономические блага на основе приоритетного использования воспроизводимых факторов производства и, прежде всего, интеллектуальной продуктивности человека и накопленного интеллектуального капитала. Классифицированы уровни экономических агентов в цифровой и интеллектуальной экономике. The research is devoted to finding and systematizing the spheres of interpenetration and points of divergence in the concepts of intellectual and digital economy at the present stage of development. It is proved that the digital economy is an independent sector of the global or national economy that creates new economic benefits for the population and additional economic results for business based on digital technologies, products and services. Simultaneously the intellectual economy is an area of human activity in which "knowledge-intensive" economic benefits are created useing the priority of reproducible factors of production and, first of all, the intellectual productivity of a person and the accumulated intellectual capital. The levels of economic agents in the digital and intellectual economy are classified in the article. |
