Авторы выделяют общие принципы данного феномена и анализируют перспективы его развития. Вслед за рассмотрением особенностей параллельного импорта в разных странах раскрываются его специфические характеристики на национальном уровне. Итогом статьи является оценка роли и перспектив развития параллельного импорта в России. The article examines the problem of parallel import, its essence, causes of occurrence and spread in the XXI century. The authors identify the general principles of this phenomenon and analyze the prospects for its development. Following the consideration of the features of parallel imports in different countries, its specific characteristics at the national level are revealed. The result of the article is an assessment of the role and prospects for the development of parallel imports in Russia. |
