В данной статье рассматриваются основные проблемы трудового законодательства. На основании этого выделяются ключевые проблемы, такие как дискриминация по половому, возрастному признаку, заемный труд, отсутствие норм, основательно регулирующих труд иностранных граждан. В статье описываются основные способы защиты трудовых прав и свобод. Делается вывод об объективном характере описанных проблем, отмечается принципиальная возможность их решения. This article discusses the main problems of labor legislation. On the basis of this, key problems are identified, such as discrimination on the basis of gender, age, borrowed labor, and the lack of norms that thoroughly regulate the work of foreign citizens. The article describes the main ways to protect labor rights and freedoms. The conclusion is made about the objective nature of the described problems, the principal possibility of their solution is noted. |
