Description:	The article considers the features of the integration of functional systems related to the justification of the completeness and sufficiency of the integrated management system as the basis of the organizational system. As necessary and sufficient conditions, the formation of the basis of an integrated system is applied that is complex in terms of the nomenclature of functional systems and complete in their structure and composition. A process representation of an integrated management system is proposed, reflecting the interaction of its elements with each other. Рассматриваются особенности интеграции функциональных систем, связанные с обоснованием полноты и достаточности состава интегрированной системы управления, как основы организационной системы. В качестве необходимого и достаточного условий применяется комплексное по номенклатуре функциональных систем и комплектное по их структуре и составу формирование основы интегрированной системы. Предложено процессное представление интегрированной системы управления, отражающее взаимодействие ее элементов между собой.
