Статья содержит обзор представлений о проблеме улучшения системы планово-предупредительного ремонта и системы технического обслуживания и ремонта, и обновления устаревшей нормативной базы производства ремонтных работ и услуг на технологическом оборудовании промышленных предприятий. Представлен краткий экспресс-анализ сущности, преимуществ, недостатков и эволюционного совершенствования системы планово-предупредительного ремонта оборудования на современном этапе развития технологических укладов в России. Introduction. The complexity of the technical means of industrial production caused by the acceleration of scientific and technological progress leads to a change in the requirements for the organization of maintenance and repair of fixed assets, since the competitiveness of industrial enterprises largely depends on the state of the technical and technological base. To conduct production operation and maintain the technical condition of equipment at most industrial enterprises in Russia, a system of scheduled preventive maintenance is used, often perceived as outdated and requiring improvement after a hundred years of operation. Goals. The article is aimed at studying the transformation of approaches to the organization of maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment and systematization of the main shortcomings of the system of preventive maintenance of equipment of industrial enterprises that affect the planning and maintenance of the fixed assets of the enterprise, the formation of a stable state of technological processes and the establishment of the required quality of products. Data and methods. The article provides a brief express analysis of the essence, advantages, disadvantages and evolutionary improvement of the system of preventive maintenance of equipment at the present stage of development of technological structures in Russia. The methodological basis is the traditional methods of scientific analysis, methods of economic and mathematical statistics, technical, economic and logical analysis, systematization and ranking. Results. The article contains an overview of ideas about the problem of improving the system of scheduled preventive maintenance and the system of maintenance and repair and updating the outdated regulatory framework for the production of repairs and services on technological equipment of industrial enterprises. Conclusions. The system of preventive maintenance of technological equipment after the development of a modern regulatory framework for the production of repair work and the use of information systems for managing the processes of operation and repair can meet modern requirements. |
