| Description: | The article observes representation of a relatively new functional-semantic category of gradality in linguistics. The unexplored functional-semantic category of gradality in Bashkir linguistics determines the relevance of this work. The graded feature is characterized by such features as measurability, relativity and vectorality. Affixation, as a way of expressing the category of gradality, is an integral part of the functional and semantic field of this category. The widespread use of diminutive, diminutive-affectionate suffixes gives reason to distinguish a word-formative way of expressing graduality in the Bashkir language. The category of gradality is most clearly expressed in the forms of degrees of the adjective. The dominant feature of graduality is the measuring ratio. The material for the study is linguistic facts gleaned from the texts of works of fiction and journalistic articles. The category of gradualism in the Bashkir language can be characterized using the degree forms of the adjective and adverb. Affixes of degree forms give a word a sign of weakness or exaggeration, and can also express comparative shades. Статья посвящена репрезентации сравнительно новой в языкознании функционально-семантической категории градуальности. Неизученность функционально-семантической категории градуальности в башкирском языкознании определяет актуальность данной работы. Широкое употребление уменьшительных, уменьшительно-ласкательных суффиксов даёт основание выделить словообразовательный способ выражения градуальности и в башкирском языке. На материале художественных произведений и публицистических статей доказано, что категория градуальности в башкирском языке может характеризоваться с помощью форм степеней имени прилагательного и наречия. Аффиксы форм степеней придают слову признак ослабленности либо преувеличения, а также могут выражать сравнительные оттенки. |
