В статье определены предпосылки и основные направления создания единого платежного пространства ЕАЭС. Изучены современные мировые тенденции развития платежной инфраструктуры, характерные также для большинства стран ЕАЭС. Показано, что интеграционные силы оказывают существенное влияние на трансформацию платежного пространства ЕАЭС, выявлены факторы, препятствующие интеграции. The article defines the prerequisites and main directions for creating a single payment space of the EEU. The current global trends in the development of the payment infrastructure, which are also typical for most of the EEU countries, are studied. It is shown that integration forces have a significant impact in the transformation of the EEU payment space, and the factors that hinder integration are identified. |
