| Description: | В статье рассматривается значение кодификации для сферы международного частного права, исследуются отдельные факторы, влияющие на кодификацию международного частного права, в частности разрешение спорных правоотношений, осложненных иностранным элементом, и проблематика кадрового потенциала во внешнеэкономической деятельности. Отмечается положительный эффект возможной кодификации международного частного права для внешнеторговой деятельности. The article considers the importance of codification for the sphere of private international law, examines some factors influencing the codification of private international law, namely: the resolution of disputable legal relations complicated by foreign elements and the problem of human resources in foreign economic activity. The positive effect of the possible codification of private international law for foreign trade activities is noted.
