| Description: | Целью настоящего исследования явилось изучение институциональных механизмов сотрудничества государств — членов Совета Европы по противодействию киберпреступности с позиции концептуального и практико-ориентированного подхода. В статье проведен анализ деятельности различных органов и специализированных структур Совета Европы, осуществляющих межгосударственное взаимодействие в исследуемой области (таких, как Комитет Конвенции о киберпреступности, Офис программы по киберпреступности, Комитет по искусственному интеллекту). Рассмотрены актуальные транснациональные проекты и стратегические документы Совета Европы, определяющие перспективы развития институциональных основ по противодействию киберпреступности в контексте совершенствования информационных, технологических и нормативно-правовых возможностей противодействия транснациональной преступности в обозначенной сфере. В результате проведенного исследования сформулированы выводы относительно значимости комплексного международного сотрудничества по противодействию киберпреступлениям, осуществляемого в рамках Совета Европы. The aim of the study carried out within the framework of this article was to research the institutional mechanisms of cooperation between the member states of the Council of Europe in countering cybercrime from the perspective of a conceptual and practice-oriented approaches. The article analyzes the activities of various bodies and specialized structures of the Council of Europe that carry out interstate interaction in the field under study (such as the Committee of the Convention on Cybercrime, Cybercrime Program Office, the Committee on Artificial Intelligence). In addition, the article examines current transnational projects and strategic documents of the Council of Europe that determine the prospects for the development of institutional frameworks for countering cybercrime in the context of improving information, technological and regulatory capabilities to counter transnational crime in the designated area. As a result of the study, conclusions were formulated regarding the importance of comprehensive international cooperation in countering cybercrime, carried out within the framework of the Council of Europe. |
