Интерес к проблеме кластерных отношений, а так же их участников возрос в связи с переходом в 90-е гг. ХХ в России на рыночные отношения. Значимой для нашего государства проблема развития идеи кластеризации, так давно опробованные в странах Запада, стала относительно недавно. Но для того чтобы познать все аспекты этого явления и максимально использовать их потенциал, необходимо выявить и детализировать проблему определения самой дефиниции «кластер», прибегнув к анализу как отечественной, так и зарубежной литературы. На что было обращено внимание в начале исследования. Так же в статье подробно представлены результаты исследования участников кластерных отношений, как экономической категории. Выявлены критерии, по которым субъект может быть признана участником кластерных отношений, сформированы выводы по данной проблематике. Interest in the problem of cluster relations, as well as their participants, increased in connection with the transition to the 90s. XX in Russia on market relations. The problem of developing the idea of clustering, tested so long ago in Western countries, has become significant for our state relatively recently. But in order to understand all aspects of this phenomenon and make the most of their potential, it is necessary to identify and detail the problem of determining the definition of “cluster” itself, resorting to the analysis of both domestic and foreign literature. What was paid attention to at the beginning of the study. The article also presents in detail the results of a study of participants in cluster relations as an economic category. The criteria by which a subject can be recognized as a participant in cluster relations have been identified, and conclusions have been drawn on this issue. |
