| Description: | В статье исследуется взаимосвязь технического состояния здания и его структурных элементов.. При длительной эксплуатации здания его конструкции и оборудование изнашиваются. Под вредным воздействием окружающей среды конструкции теряют свою прочность, разрушаются, гниют, корродируют. Срок службы конструкций зависит от материала, характера конструкции, условий эксплуатации. Одни и те же элементы, в зависимости от назначения здания, имеют разное время службы. Под сроком полезного использования сооружений понимается календарное время, в течение которого под воздействием различных факторов они входят в состояние, при котором дальнейшая эксплуатация становится невозможной и восстановление экономически нецелесообразным. Срок службы включает в себя время, затраченное на ремонт. Срок службы здания определяется сроком службы несменных конструкций фундаментов, стен, каркасов. The article examines the relationship between the technical condition of the building and its structural elements .. During long-term operation of the building, its structures and equipment wear out. Under the harmful effects of the environment, structures lose their strength, collapse, rot, and corrode. The service life of structures depends on the material, the nature of the structure, and the operating conditions. The same elements, depending on the purpose of the building, have different service times. The useful life of structures is understood as the calendar time during which, under the influence of various factors, they enter a state in which further operation becomes impossible and restoration is economically inexpedient. The service life includes the time spent on repairs. The service life of a building is determined by the service life of permanent structures of foundations, walls, frames. |
