| Description: | This article is devoted to the issue of import substitution in high-tech industries of Russian production. The article discusses the main approaches to the concept of import substitution in the Russian economy, using the example of strategic industries. Among them are heavy engineering, aircraft construction, defense industry and automotive industry. The issue of import substitution is considered through the prism of strengthening the economic security of the country, through the development of means of production, improving industrial safety, and the development of domestic production of key components. The empirical basis for the study was statistical data obtained from open sources. The article discusses the basic growth rates of fixed assets in the Russian industry, as well as the volume of import substitution in the air transportation sector. In conclusion, the article suggests ways to develop the main knowledge-intensive sectors of the Russian economy, necessary to improve Russia’s economic security in the current realities. Данная статья посвящена вопросу импортозамещения в наукоемких отраслях российского производства. В статье рассматриваются основные подходы концепции ипортозамещения в российской экономики, на примере стратегических отраслей производства. В числе них тяжелое машиностроение, авиастроение, оборонная промышленность и автомобилестроение. Вопрос импортозамещения рассматривается через призму укрепления экономической безопасности страны, за счет развития средств производства, повышения производственной безопасности, развития отечественных производств ключевых комплектующих. Эмпирической основой для исследования послужили статистические данные полученные из открытых источников. В статье рассматриваются базисные темпы роста основных средств производства в российской промышленности, а также объемы импортозамещения в секторе авиаперевозок. В заключении статьи предложены пути развития основных наукоемких отраслей российской экономики, необходимые для повышения экономической безопасности России в текущих реалиях. |
