В статье исследуется проблематика нормативного закрепления института исторических и культурных ценностей. Выявляются атрибутивные элементы данного правового института. Проводится анализ нормативного определения объекта правовой охраны исторических и культурных ценностей. Анализируются проблемы практики применения указанных международно-правовых норм. Изучаются вопросы взаимодействия государств в данной области международного сотрудничества. The article deals with problématique of normative consolidation of the institute of historical and cultural properties. The author identifies the attributive elements of this legal institution. The analysis of normative definition of object of legal protection of historical and cultural properties is carried out. Problematic issues dealing with practical application of these international legal norms are studied. Key matters of interaction between States in this fields of international cooperation are analyzed. |
