В статье анализируются особенности оценки российскими политическими партиями опыта противодействия пандемии COVID-19, накопленного за рубежом, и прежде всего в странах Западной Европы и Китае. При этом особое внимание уделяется информации о социальноэкономических, медицинских и экологических факторах, влияющих на масштабы пандемии. Автор акцентирует внимание на эффективных зарубежных методах организации эффективных противоэпидемических мероприятий. Автор полагает, что оценки позитивных и негативных аспектов зарубежного опыта противодействия пандемии COVID-19, данные отечественными политическими партиями, достаточно близки, что свидетельствует о перспективе их эффективного взаимодействия в деле разработки и реализации государственной политики по преодолению этого опасного вызова современной цивилизации. The article analyzes the features of the Russian political parties ' assessment of the experience of countering the COVID-19 pandemic accumulated abroad, and primarily in Western Europe and China. Special attention is paid to information on the socio-economic, health and environmental factors that affect the scale of the pandemic. The author focuses on effective foreign methods of organizing effective anti-epidemic measures. The author believes that the assessments of the positive and negative aspects of foreign experience in countering the COVID-19 pandemic, given by domestic political parties, are quite close, which indicates the prospect of their effective cooperation in the development and implementation of state policies to overcome this dangerous challenge to modern civilization. |
