Рассматриваются вопросы метрологической диагностики информационно-измерительной системы, как одной из основных составляющих технических средств управления производственными процессами. Дается целостный метрологический анализ возникновения погрешностей при передаче и регистрации измерительной информации о технологическом параметре. На конкретном примере, с учетом теоретических предпосылок теорий погрешностей, приводится методика определения погрешности результатов многократных измерений контролируемого параметра. The issues of metrological diagnostics of the information and measurement system, as one of the main components of the technical tools of production process control, are considered. A complete metrological analysis of the occurrence of errors in the transmission and registration of measurement information about the technological parameter is carried out. Using a specific example, taking into account the theoretical assumptions of error theories, a method for determining the error of the results of multiple measurements of the controlled parameter is given. |
