| Περιγραφή: | The article examines the process of creating a voluntary public defense organization, the Voluntary Assistance Society for the Fleet (DOSFLOT), in the Voronezh Region. The article covers the process of creation and the first stages of the work of the Voronezh branch of DOSFLOT, shows the scale of the organization's activities in the specified territory, considers the difficulties of organizational work, characterizes the structure of the Society, evaluates its effectiveness in the context of the goals and objectives set before it, and summarizes the work on organizing the Voronezh branch of DOSFLOT. The conclusion is substantiated that the structure of the Society met the requirements of the time and created conditions for the implementation of the idea of attracting the masses to participate in the development of the Soviet sea and river fleets, as well as for the training and retraining of management and command and instruction personnel. В статье рассматривается процесс создания на территории Воронежской области добровольной общественной оборонной организации Общество добровольного содействия флоту (ДОСФЛОТ). Освещаются процесс создания и первые этапы работы воронежского отделения ДОСФЛОТА, показаны масштабы деятельности данной организации на указанной территории, рассмотрены трудности организационной работы, охарактеризована структура Общества, дана оценка ее эффективности в контексте поставленных перед ним целей и задач, а также подведены итоги работы по организации воронежского отделения ДОСФЛОТ. Обоснован вывод о том, что структура Общества отвечала требованиям времени и создавала условия для реализации идеи привлечения широких масс к участию в развитии советского морского и речного флотов, а также для проведения подготовки и переподготовки руководящих и командно-инструкторских кадров. |
