| Περιγραφή: | The current top Vietnamese party leadership as a whole reflects the presence of different points of view on the country's foreign policy. It can be tentatively concluded that, given the retention of the post of Secretary General by Nguyen Phu Trong, Vietnam will continue to develop bilateral relations with Russia on the basis of a comprehensive strategic partnership. At the same time, he will also maintain close political and investment ties with Beijing (Xi Jinping congratulated the Secretary General of the Communist Party of Vietnam the day after his election), and will also maneuver between China, the United States and their allies in Asia, given the strong economic dependence on them. Нынешний состав высшего вьетнамского партийного руководства в целом отражает наличие разных точек зрения на внешнеполитический курс страны. Можно сделать предварительный вывод, что с учетом сохранения поста Генерального секретаря за Нгуен Фу Чонгом Вьетнам будет продолжать развивать двусторонние отношения с Россией на основе всеобъемлющего стратегического партнерства. Вместе с тем он также сохранит тесные политические и инвестиционные связи с Пекином (Си Цзиньпин поздравил Генсека КПВ на следующей день после его избрания), а также будет лавировать между Китаем, США и их союзниками в Азии с учетом сильной экономической зависимости от них. |
