Материалы данной статьи включают анализ преступлений, совершённых в Интернете и с использованием информационно-телекоммуникационных технологий, и степени их раскрываемости на территории РФ в 2019–2022 гг. В структуре преступлений рассматриваются: совершённые с использованием ИТК, совершённые по ст. 159 УК РФ о мошенничестве, совершённые по ст. 159.3 УК РФ о мошенничества с использованием платёжных карт, совершённых по ст. 159.6 УК РФ о мошенничестве в сфере компьютерной информации и экономической направленности, совершённые против собственности, а также рассматривается соотношение зарегистрированных и раскрытых правоохранительными органами преступлений. The materials of this article include an analysis of the number of crimes committed on the Internet and using information and telecommunication technologies, and the degree of their detection on the territory of the Russian Federation in 2019-2022. The structure of crimes considers: committed using ITK, committed under Article 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on fraud, committed under Article 159.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on fraud using payment cards, committed under art. 159.6 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation on fraud in the field of computer information and economic orientation committed against property, and also considers the ratio of crimes registered and disclosed by law enforcement agencies. |
