Description: The relevance of the study of environmental pollution in the regions of the Russian Federation is due to the growing concern of society and the state about the environmental consequences of human activities. The hypothesis of this study is that the level of pollution in different regions depends on economic activities, natural conditions and the degree of implementation of environmental measures. The purpose of the work is to identify trends and dynamics of environmental pollution based on long-term monitoring, which will allow us developing recommendations for improving the environmental situation. The objectives of the study include analyzing the dynamics of the main pollutants, identifying sources of pollution and assessing the effectiveness of environmental measures. The subject of the study is the effects of anthropogenic factors on ecosystems, while the object is environmental indicators of specific regions. Research methods include statistical analysis of monitoring data, comparison of regional indicators and modelling of environmental development scenarios. The result will be a comprehensive assessement of the state of the environment, which will contribute to the development of more targeted environmental management strategies. The study was conducted on the basis of the data obtained from the analysis of reviews and annual reports on the state of the environment in the regions of the Russian Federation over the past 30 years. Materials on individual components of the natural environment are provided in accordance with the results obtained by scientific institutions of Roshydromet.
Актуальность исследования загрязнения окружающей среды в регионах Российской Федерации обусловлена нарастающей тревогой общества и государства по поводу экологических последствий деятельности человека. Гипотеза данного исследования заключается в том, что уровень загрязнения в различных регионах зависит от экономической активности, природных условий и степени реализации природоохранных мероприятий. Цель работы — выявить тенденции и динамику загрязнения окружающей среды на основе многолетнего мониторинга, что позволит разработать рекомендации по улучшению экологической ситуации. Задачи исследования включают анализ динамики основных загрязняющих веществ, выявление источников загрязнения и оценку эффективности природоохранных мер. Предметом изучения являются последствия воздействия антропогенных факторов на экосистемы, тогда как объектом — экологические показатели конкретных регионов. Методы исследования включают статистический анализ данных мониторинга, сравнение региональных показателей и моделирование сценариев экологического развития. В результате будет представлена комплексная картина состояния окружающей среды, что будет способствовать выработке более целевых стратегий экологического управления. Исследование было проведено на основе данных, полученных в результате анализа обзоров и ежегодных отчетов о состоянии окружающей среды в регионах Российской Федерации за последние 30 лет. Материалы по отдельным компонентам природной среды приводятся в соответствии с результатами, полученными научными учреждениями Росгидромета.
