Description:	Согласно учредительному Договору Евразийский экономический союз наделен международной правосубъектностью, то есть правом принимать самостоятельные решения, помимо государствчленов. В процессе формирования ЕАЭС заметно противоборство двух тенденций: стремления государствчленов к интеграции и опасений утратить часть своего суверенитета. В связи с этим автор отмечает в регулировании правосубъектности ЕАЭС ряд неясностей, которые, очевидно, будут уточняться постепенно. According to the Memorandum of Association, the Eurasian Economic Union is endowed with international legal personality, that is, the right to make independent decisions, in addition to member states. In the process of forming the EAEU, a confrontation of two trends is noticeable: the desire for integration and fears of losing part of their sovereignty. Therefore, in the regulation of the legal personality of the EAEU, a number of ambiguities are noted, which, obviously, will be clarified gradually.
