Περιγραφή: В статье рассматриваются наиболее характерные проблемы и сложности при профессионально ориентированном обучении иностранному языку в неязыковом вузе, а также конкретные возможности и перспективы их решения. В числе факторов, осложняющих подготовку по иностранному языку студентов нелингвистических специальностей, отмечаются значительные различия в уровне владения иностранным языком среди студентов, выбор тем для изучения в рамках ограничений рабочих образовательных программ, сжатые сроки освоения материала при очно-заочном обучении, необходимость освоения большого объема профессиональной иноязычной лексики и др. При этом правильно выбранные технологические, методические и организационные приемы позволяют эффективно готовить будущих специалистов к самостоятельной работе с иноязычными информационными и справочными материалами, свободно коммуницировать в профессиональной среде и в конечном итоге успешно конкурировать на рынке труда.
The article deals with the most characteristic challenges and difficulties in professionally oriented foreign language approach in a non-linguistic university, as well as specific opportunities and prospects for their solution. There are several factors hindering the teaching students of non-linguistic specialties. They encompass significant differences in the level of foreign language proficiency among students; the choice of topics to study within the framework of working educational programs; strict time limits for introducing the material during full-time and part-time training; the need to master a great number of professional notions and terms etc. At the same time, properly selected technological, methodological and organizational techniques enable future specialists to work effectively and independently, communicate freely in a professional environment, and successfully compete in the future labor market.
