Description: В статье рассматривается процесс подготовки кадров в военных училищах, действовавших на Дальнем Востоке СССР в 1941—1945 гг. Проанализированы источники пополнения командных кадров для фронта, в том числе за счёт слушателей военно-учебных заведений. Прослеживается изменение структуры системы военного образования в целом по сравнению с довоенным периодом, а также выявлена специфика формирования военно-учебных заведений. Рассмотрены особенности подготовки командных кадров, включая двухступенчатую систему отбора кандидатов, т. е. через военные комиссариаты Дальнего Востока или непосредственно в воинских частях. С привлечением новых архивных материалов прослеживается динамика численности курсантов, прошедших обучение в военных училищах Дальнего Востока в 1941—1945 гг. Раскрывается основное содержание учебного процесса в военно-учебных заведениях. Охарактеризованы проблемы, возникавшие в ходе осуществления учебно-воспитательного процесса: неудовлетворительная материально-техническая обеспеченность училищ, невозможность комплектования воинских соединений тыловых районов качественными специалистами в связи с тем, что кадровые офицеры направлялись в действующую армию, сжатые сроки обучения, низкий уровень подготовки командно-преподавательского состава, а также постоянная смена руководства и передислокация учебных заведений. Показаны изменения в деятельности дальневосточных военных училищ на разных этапах Великой Отечественной войны и в связи с возникавшими актуальными потребностями действующей армии.
The paper deals with the process of personnel training in military schools in the Far East of the USSR during the Great Patriotic War of 1941—1945. The sources of reinforcement of command personnel for the battle-front are analyzed, including the students of military educational institutions. The paper describes the changes in the structure of the system of military education as a whole in comparison with the pre-war period as well as the specifics of the formation of military educational institutions. The features of the training of command personnel are examined, including a two-stage system for selecting candidates, i.e. in military commissariats of the Far East or military units. On the basis of new archival materials, the dynamics of the number of cadets trained in the military schools of the Far East from 1941 until 1945 is traced. The main content of the educational process in military educational institutions is revealed. The problems are shown during the implementation of the educational process: unsatisfactory material and technical support of schools, the inability of recruitment of military units of rear areas by qualified professionals as the officers were sent to the army field forces, short training time, a low level of teaching staff, constant change of management and relocation of schools. The paper describes the changes of the activities of Far Eastern military schools at different stages of the Great Patriotic War and due to the new needs of the army field forces.
