| Description: | Северный морской путь изначально задумывался как проект, предназначенный для обеспечения северных территорий необходимыми запасами и оборудованием. В последнее десятилетие правительством Китая реализуется стратегия Морского шелкового пути. В работе анализируются основные аспекты реализации данного глобального инфраструктурного проекта с учётом тех рисков, которые обусловлены современной геополитической ситуацией и санкциями против России. Охарактеризованы возможные направления сотрудничества в развитии инфраструктуры. The Northern Sea Route was originally conceived as a project designed to provide the northern territories with the necessary supplies and equipment. In the past decade, the Chinese government has been implementing the strategy of the Maritime Silk Road. The paper analyzes the main aspects of the implementation of this global infrastructure project, taking into account the risks that are caused by the current geopolitical situation and sanctions against Russia. Possible areas of cooperation in the development of infrastructure are characterized. |
