| Description: | The article is devoted to one of the urgent problems of the modern educational environment modern technologies of teaching university students in the context of a personality-oriented educational concept. Introduction. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that today a teacher must use modern teaching technologies in his work, which is due to modern educational trends. The purpose of the article is to consider modern technologies of teaching students in the higher education system. Materials and methods. The article is based on the use of publication sources, scientific articles, personal observations of the auror, which, through the use of methods of theoretical analysis, synthesis, comparison, contrast, abstraction and modeling, are synthesized into practice-oriented scientific material on the selected research topic. Research results. The article reflects the need to implement the following educational technologies in the context of a personality-oriented approach: project technology; situational analysis; portfolio; information and communication technologies. The point of view is substantiated, which consists in the fact that the main goal of higher education is to create conditions for the development of abilities, individual personal qualities of students. The results of the work presented in the article will be of interest to both practitioners and representatives of the scientific field. Discussion and conclusions. In the scientific community, there are many definitions of the concept of «personally oriented learning», but its essence lies in a significant increase in the student’s responsibility for planning training, interaction with teachers and other participants in the educational process, research and evaluation of results. Based on the results of the analysis, it was possible to establish that the person-oriented approach to learning significantly changes the priorities that should become the main ones in the preparation of students in any direction. At the same time, it gives rise to a number of difficulties and contradictions, the overcoming of which should significantly improve the quality of educational services. Статья посвящена одной из актуальных проблем современной образовательной среды современным технологиям обучения студентов вуза в контексте личностно ориентированной образовательной концепции. Введение. Актуальность исследования заключается в том, что сегодня преподаватель должен использовать в своей работе современные технологии обучения, что обусловливается современными образовательными тенденциями. Целью статьи является рассмотрение современных технологий обучения студентов в системе высшей школы. Материалы и методы. Статья основана на применении публикационных источников, научных статей, личных наблюдений аврора, которые за счет использования методов теоретического анализа, синтеза, сравнения, сопоставления, абстрагирования и моделирования синтезируются в практико-ориентированный научный материал по выбранной теме исследования. Результаты исследования. В статье отражена необходимость реализации следующих образовательных технологий в контексте личностно-ориентированного подхода: проектной технологии; ситуационного анализа; портфолио; информационно-коммуникационных технологий. Обоснована точка зрения, заключающаяся в том, что главной целью высшего образования становится создание условий развития способностей, индивидуально личностных качеств студентов. Результаты работы, изложенные в статье, будут интересны как практикам, так и представителям научной сферы. Обсуждение и заключения. В научной среде выделяется множество определений понятия «личностно-ориентированное обучение», но сущность его заключается в существенном повышении ответственности студента за планирование обучения, взаимодействие с преподавателями и другими участниками образовательного процесса, исследование и оценку результатов. По результатам проведенного анализа удалось установить, что личностно-ориентированный подход в обучении существенно изменяет приоритеты, которые должны стать главными в подготовке обучающихся любого направления. Вместе с тем оно порождает целый ряд трудностей и противоречий, преодоление которых должно значительно повысить качество образовательных услуг. |
