Оценка эффективности инновационных проектов сферы медицинской техники может осуществляться как на основе экспертных оценок, так и с применением количественных методов. В статье предлагается количественный метод, основанный на расчете предполагаемых затрат и доходов от внедрения инноваций. Целесообразность нововведения характеризуется положительным приростом прибыли от внедрения технологии в сфере медицины. Для оценки экономической эффективности внедрения инноваций в сфере медицинских технологий предлагается использовать прибыль как показатель экономического эффекта. Оценка может осуществляться инвестором на различных стадиях разработки проекта. В зависимости от степени готовности проекта определяется объем инвестиций и вероятность окончания проекта. Предложенная методика оценки экономической эффективности инновационных проектов в сфере медицинских технологий может использоваться с целью решения вопросов приоритетов и направлений финансирования инновационной деятельности. Evaluation of the effectiveness of innovative projects in the field of medical technology can be carried out both on the basis of expert assessments and using quantitative methods. The paper proposes a quantitative method based on calculating estimated costs and revenues from innovation. The feasibility of the innovation is characterized by a positive increase in profits from the introduction of technology in the field of medicine. To assess the cost-effectiveness of introducing innovations in medical technology, it is proposed to use profit as an indicator of the economic effect. The assessment can be carried out by the investor at various stages of project development. Depending on the degree of readiness of the project, the volume of investments and the probability of completion of the project are determined. The proposed methodology for assessing the economic effectiveness of innovative projects in the field of medical technologies can be used to solve issues of priorities and directions for financing innovation activities. |
