| Description: | One of the main tasks of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation in order to protect the economic interests of the state is cooperation with foreign customs and other competent authorities in the field of combating corruption. The article examines the regulatory legal acts that influence the fight against corruption crimes, as well as the analysis of corruption of the customs authorities of the Russian Federation. Одной из основных задач таможенных органов РФ с целью защиты экономических интересов государства, является сотрудничество с иностранными таможенными и иными компетентными органами в области противодействии коррупционной деятельности. В статье рассмотрены нормативно-правовые акты, оказывающие влияние на борьбу с коррупционными преступлениями, а также анализ коррумпированности таможенных органов РФ. |
