Description: Работа исследует потенциальные угрозы, которые "супердоллар" — обеспеченная криптовалюта, предположительно созданная по законопроекту "Genius Act", — представляет для суверенитета национальных государств. Используя эконометрический анализ, мы рассматриваем, как этот глобальный финансовый инструмент может подорвать контроль над денежной массой и вытеснить национальные валюты. В статье также анализируются ответные меры государств, включая внедрение национальных цифровых валют (CBDC) и ужесточение контроля над транзакциями, для защиты своего финансового суверенитета в условиях цифровой трансформации.
Paper explores the potential threats that the "superdollar" — a secured cryptocurrency allegedly created under the "Genius Act" bill — poses to the sovereignty of nation states. Using econometric analysis, we consider how this global financial instrument can undermine control over the money supply and displace national currencies. The article also analyzes the response of states, including the introduction of national digital currencies (CBDCs) and stricter transaction controls, to protect their financial sovereignty in the face of digital transformation.
