В статье рассматриваются основные дефекты металлических конструкций при возведении свайных фундаментов. Выделены основные дефекты конструкций, выявляемые при проведении строительно-технической экспертизы строительных работ по устройству свайных фундаментов. Для определения качества строительно-монтажных работ и стоимости устранения выявленных дефектов и недочетов проводится экспертиза свайного фундамента. Строительнотехническая экспертиза, с целью оценки качества выполняемой работы, получения объективной информации, проводятся по всей территории здания. Для оценки коррозионного повреждения бетона в железобетонных конструкциях инженерных сооружений могут быть использованы следующие показатели: глубина повреждения бетона и срок службы бетона. The article discusses the main defects of metal structures during the construction of pile foundations. The main defects of structures identified during the construction and technical examination of construction work on the construction of pile foundations are highlighted. To determine the quality of construction and installation work and the cost of eliminating the identified defects and shortcomings, an examination of the pile foundation is carried out. Construction and technical expertise, in order to assess the quality of the work performed, to obtain objective information, are carried out throughout the building. To assess the corrosion damage of concrete in reinforced concrete structures of engineering structures, the following indicators can be used: the depth of damage to concrete and the service life of concrete. |
