| Description: | В данной статье выявлена необходимость внедрения экспертной системы профори ентации в высшие учебные заведения для последующего успешного трудоустройства по профессии и построения карьеры, а также рассмотрены другие виды профориентации студентов. Представлены принципы сбора экспертных оценок, результаты опроса и анализа фокус группы и метод разработки экспертной системы профориентации студентов по окончанию Высшего учебного заведение. В статье представлена развивающаяся картина основных ИТ -навыков, которые потребуются в 2022 году, и ар гументирован выбор области ИТ -способностей. This article explains the need to introduce an expert career guidance system in higher education institutions for subsequent successful employment by profession and career building, and also considers other types of career guidance for students. The principles of collecting expert assessments, the results of the survey and analysis of the focus group and the method of developing an expert system of career guidance for students upon graduation from a higher educational institution are presented. |
