В статье исследуются теоретические и практические аспекты инвестиционной активности. Предложен авторский подход к формированию интегрального показателя инвестиционной активности региона на основе суммирования весовых значений отдельных инвестиционных индикаторов. Дана оценка уровню инвестиционной активности регионов Приволжского федерального округа, составлен их рейтинг. Определены основные проблемы и тенденции развития инвестиционной сферы субъектов ПФО.The article examines the theoretical and practical aspects of investment activity. The author's approach to the formation of an integral indicator of the investment activity of the region based on the summation of the weight values of individual investment indicators is proposed. The assessment of the level of investment activity of the regions of the Volga Federal District is given, their rating is compiled. The main problems and trends in the development of the investment sphere of the subjects of the Volga Federal District are identified. |
