В данной статье авторами рассмотрены различные методологические подходы к исследуемому явлению, сформулированы основные выводы. Отмечено, что оценка эффективности системы управления персоналом – это комплекс мероприятий, который позволяет понять, насколько соотносятся финансовые вложения в работников и прибыль, получаемая предприятием. In this article, the authors consider various methodological approaches to the phenomenon under study, and formulate the main conclusions. It is noted that the evaluation of the effectiveness of the personnel management system is a set of measures that allows you to understand how financial investments in employees and the profit received by the enterprise are correlated. |
