Description: Objective: to study the indices of cardiovascular and sympatho-adrenal systems in 7-11 years old children and changes in the corresponding ones during the school year in the state of relative rest and under the influence of physical load in the conditions of Kola Peninsula.Materials and methods: functional tests at dosed physical load on bicycle ergometer "RHYTHM", the load was set individually – 1W per 1 kg of body with pedalling frequency of 60 revolutions per minute and duration of 3 minutes. The functional state of the cardiovascular system was studied electrocardiographically and by the Korotkov sound method. Catecholamine excretion was determined fluorometrically.The examination of 7-11 years old children showed that the age dynamics of cardiovascular and sympatho-adrenal system indices has a non-linear nature. With a general tendency of increasing functional capabilities of the systems with age, some indices change in a wave-like manner. Growth and development of 7-11 years old children take place in conditions of continuous educational activity, when adaptive restructuring of the body takes place in all age-sex groups against the background of increasing fatigue by the end of the school year. The reactivity of the cardiovascular and sympatho-adrenal systems to dosed physical load is the most indicative, under the influence of which correlations between the indicators of the two active systems increase (p≤0.01).By the end of the academic year in all age and sex groups there is a reliable shift in all the studied indicators, reflecting age-related adaptive changes and increasing fatigue in the conditions of Kola Peninsula.
Цель: изучить показатели сердечно-сосудистой и симпато-адреналовой систем у детей 7-11 лет и изменение соответствующих показателей в течение учебного года в состоянии относительного покоя и под влиянием физической нагрузки в условиях Кольского Заполярья. Материалы и методы: функциональные пробы при дозированной физической нагрузке на велоэргометре «РИТМ», нагрузка задавалась индивидуально – 1Вт на 1 кг тела с частотой педалирования 60 оборотов в минуту и продолжительностью 3 минуты. Функциональное состояние сердечно-сосудистой системы исследовалось электрокардиографически и звуковым методом Короткова. Экскреция катехоламинов определялась флюорометрически. При обследовании детей 7-11 лет выявлено, что возрастная динамика показателей сердечно-сосудистой и симпато-адреналовой систем носит нелинейный характер. При общей тенденции повышения с возрастом функциональных возможностей систем некоторые показатели изменяются волнообразно. Рост и развитие детей 7-11 лет протекают в условиях непрерывной учебной деятельности, когда на фоне нарастающего к концу учебного года утомления во всех возрастно-половых группах идет адаптивная перестройка организма. Наиболее показательна реактивность сердечно-сосудистой и симпато-адреналовой систем на дозированную физическую нагрузку, под влиянием которой усиливаются корреляционные связи между показателями двух активных систем (p≤0,01). К концу учебного года во всех возрастных и половых группах наблюдается достоверный сдвиг всех исследуемых показателей, комплексно отражающий возрастные адаптивные изменения и нарастание утомления в условиях Кольского Заполярья.
