Description: Данная работа посвящена исследованию финансового и стратегического инвестиционного обоснования для международного совместного предприятия по созданию производственной площадки по выпуску регулирующей арматуры в Объединённых Арабских Эмиратах. Исследование направлено на оценку экономической целесообразности проекта для компании Т-АРМ, разработку операционной структуры и стратегическую увязку проекта с промышленной политикой ОАЭ и требованиями по локализации закупок компании ADNOC. Задачи, которые решались в ходе исследования: 1.Проанализировать рынок клапанов в ОАЭ и оценить его потенциал. 2. Разработать детальный производственный план, выбрать оборудование и сформировать стратегию локализации. 3. Построить финансовую модель для оценки инвестиционной эффективности с использованием показателей NPV, ROI, срока окупаемости и анализа чувствительности. 4.Провести оценку операционных, финансовых и стратегических рисков, а также факторов устойчивости проекта. Работа проведена на базе ООО «Т-АРМ» на основе сбора операционных, финансовых и технических данных, связанных с производством арматуры. Исследование включало расчёт капитальных и операционных затрат (CAPEX и OPEX), анализ юнит-экономики и оценку инвестиционной эффективности по показателям NPV, IRR, ROI и срока окупаемости. Результатом работы стала разработка комплексной финансовой модели и инвестиционного обоснования строительства завода по производству регулирующей арматуры в ОАЭ, включая проектирование цепочки поставок, стратегию локализации и анализ рисков. В процессе выполнения работы использовались следующие информационные технологии: Microsoft Excel (финансовое моделирование), Microsoft Word (подготовка документации), Python (анализ данных), а также базы данных ADNOC, регулирующих органов ОАЭ и международные финансовые ресурсы.
The given work is devoted to the development of a financial and strategic feasibility assessment for an international joint venture aimed at establishing a manufacturing facility for control valves in the United Arab Emirates. The study explores the economic viability for T-Arm company, operational structure, and strategic alignment of the project with the UAE’s industrial policy and ADNOC’s procurement localization requirements. The research set the following goals: 1. To analyze the industrial control valve market with a focus on the MENA region and evaluate market potential. 2. To develop a detailed production plan, equipment selection, and localization strategy. 3. To create a financial model for assessing investment efficiency using NPV, ROI, payback period, and sensitivity analysis. 4. To evaluate operational, financial, and strategic risks, and assess the sustainability factors influencing project success. The work was fulfilled on the premises of LLC “T-ARM”, based on the collection of operational, financial, and technical data related to valve manufacturing. The research included CAPEX and OPEX modeling, unit economics calculation, and investment efficiency assessment using NPV, IRR, ROI, and payback period metrics. The study resulted in the development of a comprehensive financial model and investment feasibility assessment for the construction of a control valve production facility in the UAE, including supply chain design, localization strategy, and risk analysis. The following information technologies were used: Microsoft Excel (financial modeling), Microsoft Word (documentation), Python (data analysis), and databases of ADNOC, UAE industrial regulators, and international financial resources.
