В статье предпринята попытка рассмотрения роли клубных учреждений в воспроизводстве культуры и развитии социокультурной сферы в современном российском обществе. На основании анализа официальных документов федерального и регионального уровня и органов местного самоуправления и опыта клубной деятельности в малых города показано важное значение культурного участия как формы гражданской активности работников клубных и иных учреждений сферы культуры и гражданских активистов в формировании и развитии локальной культурной политики в рамках реализации государственной культурной политики. The article attempts to consider the role of club institutions in the reproduction of culture and the development of the sociocultural sphere in modern Russian society. Based on the analysis of official documents of the federal and regional level and local authorities and the experience of club activities in small towns, the importance of cultural participation as a form of civic activity of workers of club and other cultural institutions and civic activists in the formation and development of local cultural policy within the framework of the implementation of state cultural policy is shown. |
