Today, the deep penetration of digital technologies into production processes is developing rapidly. This process is fundamentally changing the essence of organizing innovative activities in industrial enterprises. Development of innovative activities with the wide use of digital technologies, and monitoring the effectiveness of their use will result in a rise in the overall metrics of the company's work quality. This article presents management options, solutions, and changes that occur as part of digital transformation. In the foreign experience, models for evaluating the efficiency in utilizing digital technologies, and the impact of these models on the Theoretical research was conducted on the system of enterprise indicators, with particular emphasis given to their use as the main element of the innovative activity of the chemical industry enterprise. Сегодня глубокое проникновение цифровых технологий в производственные процессы развивается стремительными темпами. Этот процесс в корне меняет суть организации инновационной деятельности на промышленных предприятиях. Развитие инновационной деятельности с широким использованием цифровых технологий и мониторинг эффективности их использования приведут к повышению общих показателей качества работы компании. В этой статье представлены варианты управления, решения и изменения, которые происходят в рамках цифровой трансформации. В зарубежном опыте были разработаны модели оценки эффективности использования цифровых технологий, и влияние этих моделей на теоретическое исследование было проведено на системе показателей предприятия, при этом особый акцент был сделан на их использовании в качестве основного элемента инновационной деятельности предприятия химической промышленности. |
