Περιγραφή: В статье выявлены особенности современного развития профессиональной деятельности на фондовом рынке, осуществляемой в условиях повышения привлекательности для российских и зарубежных инвесторов сделок с ценными бумагами, заключаемых на базе цифровых платежных сервисов. Установлено, что результат от внедрения цифровых технологий в кредитных и некредитных организациях оказывает влияние на положительные сдвиги в структуре и динамике численности клиентов, активов организаций учетной инфраструктуры. В рамках концептуальных предложений по сектору оказываемых ими услуг, выделены основные направления деятельности Банка России по преобразованию деятельности организаций учетной инфраструктуры, регистраторов и депозитариев, в систему распределенного реестра. The article reveals the features of the modern development of professional activity in the stock market, carried out in the context of increasing the attractiveness of securities transactions concluded on the basis of digital payment services for Russian and foreign investors. It has been established that the result of the introduction of digital technologies in credit and non-credit institutions has an impact on positive shifts in the structure and dynamics of the number of clients, assets of accounting infrastructure organizations. Within the framework of conceptual proposals for the sector of services they provide, the main directions of the Bank of Russia activities to transform the activities of accounting infrastructure organizations, registrars and depositories into a distributed register system are highlighted.
