| Description: | В статье представлен комплексный подход к разработке и реализации стратегии устойчивого развития промышленного предприятия. Предложена и апробирована методика оценки стратегии устойчивого развития предприятия, которая позволит определить результаты хозяйственной деятельности и его потенциал. Выделены составляющие комплексной стратегии устойчивого развития. Определены весовые коэффициенты по видам устойчивости промышленного предприятия. Разработана градация классов устойчивого развития промышленных предприятий. The article presents an integrated approach to the development and implementation of a sustainable development strategy for an industrial enterprise. A methodology for evaluating the sustainable development strategy of an enterprise is proposed and tested, which will determine the results of economic activity and itspotential. The components of a comprehensive sustainable development strategy are highlighted. The weight coefficients for the types of stability of an industrial enterprise are determined. The gradation of classes of sustainable development of industrial enterprises is developed for activization of innovative activity. |
